I have to admit that the AbFlug rear bumper is not my style, but the Central 20 side skirts look great! My favorite part is how you painted the black accent in the styling duct.

Yep, Version 7 is complete! Went to see The Smurf at Cedar Park Auto Body today and snapped a few photos. The plates are expired so we won't be picking up the car until next week. Anyway....on with the photos.

 Thanks! I think it was pretty amazing how the curves of the AbFlug rear bumper and the Central 20 side skirts worked out.

4 different manufacturers....I just took a chance and hoped it would look good in the end.

Flushnismo 08-27-2011 11:24 AM

What about those blue Strasse forged wheels for sale on here? That would be interesting.

Looks great! Were there something wrong with the MRwrorks lights that you had to fix?

Are you still selling the evo r rear CF plate cover?:)

Damaged in the accident and had the body shop (Cedar Park Auto Body in Fairfax, VA) repair it. First time they had ever tried something like this and it worked out great!

Alchemy 08-27-2011 03:04 PM

Changed my mind a bit. Still dont like the bumper from the rear too much, personal opinion. But from the side it looks sick!! Def nice w the side skirts. Looks real nice. Now maybe the rear view will grow on me:) congrats on gettin it finished:tup:

Without reading the previous 55 pages, I would have to say my favorite is the side skirts. The rest is still growing on me. I am sure many have already commented on the rear looking similiar to a Porsche, so I will leave it at that. If the OP's intention was to totally change the look of the Z34, then he succeded. All that would be left to transform this into another car would be to change out the front and rear lamps.

At some point during the life cycle of a car the owner may want to personalize their car. Some go for subtle changes and some go to the extreme, hence the OP's screen name 2theextreme. Noice job OP.

Don't forget to get the tag "DEDRATZ" when you re-register the smurf

:tiphat: Thanks! I almost told 370ZTune to cancel the order for the rear bumper but I decided why the heck not just go for it. And I'm glad I did. The photos vs. seeing it in person are quite different but of course that's the way it is with any major upgrades.

Hopefully over time the look of what I've done to the 370 will grow on others. ;)

Got me curious as to what your other choices were for the rear bumper. Time to put on my reading glasses and start from page 1.

Your 370Z is growing on me!
