Those are used during the dyno testing. I believe they are exactly that....just fans to blow air on the engine during the dyno testing.

Came as a utter shock to me too. Would've been nice to know before he left so I could leave a message thanking him for his hard work and support.

What is this Annapolis meet? I'm assuming its separate from the normal Mid-A meets since I've never heard of it before.

when dyno'ing a car, the radiator doesn't get enough air flow without fans. if you think about it, driving down the road the radiator gets a LOT of CFM flow of air through the radiator and into the engine bay. those fans help keep engine coolant and oil temps down (especially on such a blistering hot day like it was) for the most accurate dyno numbers.

congrats tony! thanks for posting these, can't wait to go get a mag and see my pics in modified :woot:

Nothing but the best. Varis hood, Central 20 side skirts, AbFlug rear bumper, Mine's CF front lip, and Mine's CF rear spoiler add-on. Air ride suspension is fxed. Only need the headlights modified again.....and I'm finished.

370Z JT 05-26-2011 12:03 AM

Nice. I was wondering when you were gonna post an update.

Are those OEM CF fenders?

Are you selling your CF rear plate cover?

Isamu 05-26-2011 01:26 AM

:icon17: I promise no fender modifications. The one that's on my drivers side is like that because that was the side I damaged the car on. Stock OEM fenders are going back on.....I swear!

Yep, still have them. I use them for Summer/Fall and then go back to the stock tires/wheels for Winter/Spring.
