Anyways... as for Ferrari's, I was considering a 458 Speciale. But someone local bought one (David Copperfield). So now I have my eyes on an F12...we'll see.

While the F12 is beautiful, I think a true modern Ferarri should always be mid engine rear wheel drive. I'd vote 458 Spyder. I think that is the best looking convertible of all time.

Another option for something unique, Jaguar F-Type Coupe. I think that car is classy as hell and still has balls.

Anyway, good luck in your endeavors, I would love to have a similar car history.

I test drove the F-Type... They had an invitational test drive day locally so got some pretty in-depth experience with the car. I found the exhaust noise to be very fake. Sounds good, but fake. The styling reminds me of a Pontiac Solstice. Interior is decent though.

If I wanted to drop-top fun 2 seater, I'd get a BMW Z4. That car is fun. If I wanted something with more prestige, I'd spend a little more for an Aston.

Nice! I just picked up a GT-R last month too. Still got my 370Z. I'm over on GTRLife too.

Love it Alex! A lot of people think Lambo's are awesome that have either never ridden in one or owned one. I think they are a little "too much" most of the time. Honestly, a 458 is much more subdued and still gets just as much attention, if not more. Still, GTR's are awesome, enjoy your new one my friend!

Thanks Pat! They're nice cars...just too much attention. That's what made it old sooner rather than later for me. I only like attention when I want it which is not often, and not all the time. I'm very social on the forums but in real life I'm very private. The Lambo kind of took that away from me a bit. But it did sound amazing with straight pipes.

Completely understandable.
