Good camera work on your part. Keep shooting whatever you think is interesting and just experiment.

We'll have to get our 40th's together to do a Jekyll and Hyde shoot...and we all know that when you're done, your's is going to be the bad ***! :bowrofl:

It's good to know you have connections to a good tuner too.

Ztoon 01-28-2011 12:37 AM

Thanks man. Jurie did mine while he was still with Ztune. Put it on the mustang dyno down the road at Racing Greed.

My maps went out last summer, and Jurie drove an hour out of his way to Rmd. and re-set them for me. Great guy!

By the way, the ins. stays on thru the winter. I just wait for a break in the weather an' take her out for a run..... gotta have my fix!

Thanks man! You should definitely take a road trip out here in the summer! I went to Calgary for school for a couple of years...every break (Xmas, midterm study break, summer, long weekend, etc) I'd drive 10-12 hours back and fourth. It's not that bad.

Cool! Racing Greed just moved and they just set up their dyno at the new shop. That's where I'm heading to. I've always dyno'ed at RG as they have a 4 wheel mustang dyno...I needed that for my GTR.

Here's my GTR on RG's dyno at their old shop:

My osiris tuner tried to dyno tune my car today... For some reason he can't reflash my ecu... Anyone know why? He has tuned other 370z's before but my ecu just wasn't accepting the changes...

djpathfinder 01-30-2011 12:45 AM

weird!

christian370z 01-30-2011 12:56 AM

Maybe Osiris doesn't like the Canadians eh?

Nitrouz 01-30-2011 02:57 AM

Yeah tommy's a nice guy. I got 255rwhp baseline... But that's with the stillen g3 intake, mxp test pipes, and hks exhaust... Before tuning. Heading back this coming sat to tune.

djpathfinder 01-30-2011 07:09 PM

Wow, that's looks a little low...at sea level too (both Nitrouz and Nismo1234). I thought people were getting about 270 rwhp stock. It doesn't really matter really...it's the net gains before to after that count (i.e. +30 HP from 255 or 270 is still + 30 HP). Is that running 91 octane?

metz 01-30-2011 07:47 PM

Have you ever heard any news on your lipkit? Im waiting also.

Chevron 94. RG's dyno is an uncalibrated mustang dyno, hence the low reading

Jamaica 01-30-2011 08:43 PM

you asked about the lip kit i only have one in stock

Is that ricks or yours? Rick said he's shipping mine out early this week.

RCZ 01-31-2011 11:38 AM

you're not gonna make any more worthwhile power from a tune. Its good to get the afr cleaned out though.

Looks much nicer! Did you do the parking lights, projectors, reverse lights, dome lights, and trunk light too?

Red__Zed 02-01-2011 10:43 AM

djpathfinder 02-01-2011 11:08 AM

Yes to parking lights. Projectors are at 8000k. Didn't do reverse lights, dome lights, or truck light. I want my interior lighting to remain stock...I like the "softer" light for my eyes.

These license plate lights, the left light was a pain to install though. Because my reverse camera was right where the clip was. Had to use a flathead very carefully to get it out...

Thanks!

I didn't get one...it's ok I don't like brackets anyways...especially the rear. Most brackets block our insurance sticker, which I've been pull over for many times already before.

Pictures of the 8000 lights? I have 6000 and am curious as to the difference.

TypeOne 02-01-2011 11:45 AM

Thanks!! Looks great!

The chrome bracket comes with the car, as does a car cover and 40th anniv floor mats. Hope you got everything else included. If not, chat with the dealer.

Got on last december's issue of PAS MAG as one of the top feature cars in the past, and now the current DSport Mag again for the same honor. DSport even says I recently sold the GTR and got a 370z as my next project...
