If that happened to me, I would have been so pissed. Not because it wasn't done, but for making me go all that way for nothing when he could have just called and made everything fine. I would definitely have demanded at least something in return (pay for the flight and other costs or reduce the cost for the work) or I would have pulled the plug, but that's just me.

I didn't pay for the trip, and we did come to an "agreement", so it was worth leaving it. Not going to discuss the exact details, but it wasn't for nothing. :tup:

I'm thinking that they might want to hire some new people though, it would help a lot.
