No numbers yet, Been messing around with the gauges and little wiring crap. Found a small oil leak on the turbo feed so had to drop the turbo for that. Gotta wrap some of the wiring tonight in heat sleeve. Tune tomorrow when the new y pipe arrives.

So went in for tuning last friday. Made of pretty well. Peak boost was 8.2PSI strictly wastegate. Tune was created to be as safe as possible with keeping in mind for a shakedown during autocross Sunday running rich and little timing.

So if anyone follows eGarage or Valvoline they shot a feature/interview on Saber and I during autocross the Sunday after we finished tuning. Try not to lay into me too much ;)



She performed flawlessly aside from a small oil leak on the oil cooler. Coolant temperatures did see a bit of a spike after certain runs oil temps were in the 235ish range but nothing outrageous. The last corner to the finish line was a WOT 2nd and 3rd gear and you only get about 1/8 mile to cool down before you're back in line again.

To be honest I would've rather had the FMIC stand out but I knew it'd be tracked so I had it coated with a Thermal Dispersant. In the video I actually was basically running my stock exhaust because my Tomei hadn't made it in yet. It was the stock midpipe hacked up with my HKS Hi-power mufflers.

I'll have sound clips of it with the Tomei up sometime in the next week or two. The BP kit sounds PHENOMINAL with the Tomei. almost no drone crusing on the highway, a deep burble at idle and a very exotic tone in throttle.

I'll be going in for a retune sometime this week too.

So, I drove her down to San Francisco for the Evolution2 car show by Blox. She had a few minor hiccups. One being Callifornia 91 piss gas and 105 ambient temps. Two being that pesky oil leak on top of the turbo rearing its head again on the return trip. :mad: Gotta figure a way to get it to seal properly, damn pipe threads.

About the show though. It's by far the best and most well put together show I've been to. I'll definitely be going back again for next years.
