Humm...I am going to disagree with with you there. The 04 still had tire feathering issues. The 05 was bullet proof and probably the best year for the Z32, excluding the HR motors of 07.

I think that wing retails for like $699 or something, but Stillen sells it. Ask Josh@Stillen for a price, should be able to help you out.
