My H&R spacers have withstood a pretty tough autoX with no problems so far. We'll see how they do at Road America in two weeks!

I auto-x'd with them several times without issue. So it either failed on the 500 mile drive to the track (a couple of bad roads en-route) or at the track during the first few sessions.

I'll get a pic up soon, I've been busy and lazy.

Good news on the H&R spacers, thx for the feedback!

I don't know about HP Logic. I don't keep in touch with them anymore.

Was it a single spacer that failed or multiple?

Just one. It was installed on a front wheel.

Well that's a little more reassuring. Hopefully it was just a dud. If you said all four of them sheared off...well, then I'd be more nervous.

The failure doesn't create a dangerous situation either, just have to be careful reinstalling the wheel if you lose the centering ring.

How are the new rotors working for you?

RCZ 10-06-2010 06:47 PM

Rotors are awesome. Coupled with the new lines, fluid and pads it makes for a very solid and confidence inspiring feel. Don't know how much of it is due to the rotors, but the brake pedal feels pretty good even on street pads. I'm dying to try out this setup on the track. Hopefully soon. Thinking the street pads aren't going to hold, so I might have to break my mod hiatus for some race pads. Gonna see if I can borrow a set of 350z wheels on slicks from a friend.

Oh and they look awesome!

Hey, I'm looking to buy your stock wheels, preferably this weekend lol. My rears are almost completely bald and today I found a nail in one the rear left tire, although it was luckily a short nail and did not puncture all the way through the tire.

But yeah, that tire is basically a time bomb and the car is absolutely scary to control on the highway since the rears wore unevenly(common Advan Sport problem). Send me a PM, I'm willing to pay $1200 for your stock set right now!

If you can't sell them yet I'm going to have to dump money on at LEAST new rear tires which will send me back over $600(that's including mount/balance but not alignment). If I do that I'll have to wait to get wheels until sometime next year.

RCZ 10-15-2010 03:44 PM

oh hell...$1200...

If you give me $1200, ugh thats such a good deal...youre making this real hard...

Diocletian 10-15-2010 08:49 PM

I'm detecting sarcasm here...Pardon me if I'm wrong.

I still think it's a good price considering the tires are used and one of them is curbed. It's not far off the 1300 you originally agreed to. I'm assuming they still have ~70% tread or is that not the case anymore?

If you're serious let me know by Sunday.
