I was driving my Z two days ago on a local two lane road here. This smart individual  thought it would be a GREAT idea to drive his car in my blind spot for a good few minutes. Lets just say, my Z was okay when I tried to change lanes but I realized in order to save my Z from other drivers, I should put a blind spot mirror. Since our side view mirror is square shape, I went with a generic blind spot mirror from Advance Auto. So far it's been doing a great job. I feel A LOT confident driving the car now. It costs $1.99. Pick one up for an extra piece of mind.

Took this picture yesterday. It think I'm slowly getting more used to how my Z looks with the winter rims. I think it looks decent. What you guys think?

Looks good, if I don't find some stock 18" rims to use with winter tires soon, I might get the same rims as you have for my winter set-up. I think they will look good with PG as well.

As you probably read here, I didn't have too much luck with removing the winter rims. So, I decided to wash the sports rims. I wanted to clean them in November, after putting the winter rims on. But my dad just came from the hospital at the time and I couldn't do it.

BTW, if you have few hours on your hand, PLEASE clean the inside of your rims. They are so dirty. It was pretty disgusting :barf: take a look

I'm very exhausted now and will probably hit the bed soon. I really wanted to wax the surface on these rims. It's always a good idea since you can always use extra protection against brake dust.

Very shiny! Yes definitely throw a couple of coats of wax on them while you have the chance, makes a big difference when you go to wash off the brake dust.

I have been saving up for this about a year now. It's just what the doctor ordered! ;).

Go Pro HD : learn more about it here GoPro Official Store: Wearable Digital Cameras for Sports

It's a fantastic product. Anyone who's into sports (and motorsports) use this camera. It can record 720p and 1080P

My 8 GB class 10 HDHC just arrived today therefore, I was playing around with some of the exterior positions. I will make a new thread with the all positions and video samples in near future. Please keep your eye open in the "interior/exterior" section. Here's a little sneak peak ;)

I'll try. Very exhausted though. :(

I've never waxed rims, good tip thanks! Those cameras are awesome. I would be so afraid the suction cup would loose its seal on a turn though.

Oh trust me, that's how I felt before I got the product. But it's such well designed and suction cup actually has a lock on it so that you can drive with a peace of mind. take a look

awesome ak!

We've attached our GoPro to anything and everything.. including our GT-R while beating it down at El Toro during suspension testing.. never wavered a bit..

The only advice I would have is make sure you suction it to something firm.. when pushed hard, we got some flex from the body panels themselves.. not the ability of the camera to stick..

If you can push on the panel and feel some flex.. so will the camera (slightly) and affect smoothness of the video.. firmer panel area the better..

That blue is still stunning AK!

AK370Z 03-05-2010 01:46 AM

Thanks Josh. I'll def keep that in mind.

Here's a small video I edited with Windows Movie Maker . This is 720p version. The 1080p version is processing right now. I'm testing out few settings and such ;).

There are tons of different settings/positions I'm going to try. BTW, I think I took that last ramp at 70 MPH!
