Farooq with white GTR (sms) told us but then said its canceled or maybe it was dragstrip?

jdmlove 08-12-2010 01:14 PM

they didnt anounce anything, but i heared that there will be an autocross daily in the BIC. anyways i will ask some friends if they canceled the autocross or no.

i dont think there will be drag during Ramandan.

btw, how much you customs for the z in UAE? if you imported the car.

So the weight of the box + subs + amps/rack/wiring, is only 10lbs more than the weight of the car with spare tire and tools?

Yeah I removed everything like tools, packing and spare tire, so in total its around 10lb, as for all wooden work, the installer used light weight stuff to keep the weight to minimum. This info was given by the installer so I guess he knows more then me

Nitex 08-27-2010 04:18 PM

Right on Docaam! So the only downside is if you have a flat :icon17: Then again I'm running around with out spare/tools for no good reason! I would like to do something similar if i can get the weight close to stock in the rear. Good stuff thanks for the pics!
