In regards to the wrap...the company that did it was Impressive Wrap in El Monte, CA. They know their stuff. I guess the Avery film is a bit thinner than 3M/Hexis/etc., which is actually a benefit when it comes to applying on "curvy" cars. I was stoked w/ their work...goin back for a few touch ups later this week.

You did it right with those fenders bro. I think the car will look hot with the mesh wheels.

Ever thought about the amuse wing or something similar?

The OG Amuse wing always seemed too big for my taste. I have thought about maybe the EVO-R high wing or even the Varis "double" spoiler; but haven't made the jump as I like the "sleeker" look of the duck bill for now. We'll see what happens down the line tho'...

Amazing color! How well does Vinyl hold up to the elements for someone thinking of a wrap for a DD? How do you wash it?

Only had it for a few weeks...but so far so good.

From what I've heard, it should hold up fine for 2-4 years. The way I look at it, it protects the OEM paint and is cheaper than a new paint job!

As for care; just wash with water/soap and touch up w/ a Quick Detailer. The glossy (not matte) vinyl CAN be waxed with something like a Meguiar's Quick Wax...but you should double check w/ the Vinyl maker. Matte shouldn't be waxed...and neither type should be polished w/ any compound. Hope that helps! :tiphat:

Sure. The "humps" on the hood are raised compared to the stock hood, and I'm working w/ Aero Jacket to develop an "air splitter" in carbon to go over the cutout. Pics of production below:

Ran into a little issue with the wrong barrels (40 bolt instead of 42 bolt) - so waiting for stock on the right ones. Should be soon :tup:
