Hi all.
Let me introduce you my new car!

I really wanted monterey blue 6MT, but it turned out quite differently :D

I found only two of them for sale in Europe. First one was really expensive for 2009 model - it is probably still for sale. Second one was sold day after I contacted seller and ask about it.

So I start looking for another cars.

Than previous owner reach me and offered me this one. I knew I saw it couple years ago when they did wrap on it and I really really liked it. So lucky me! :D
Only little problem for me was gearbox. He offered me to come see him and testdrive car. Just to try AT. And I was amazed by it! Especially by manual mode with paddles.

So I decided to buy it, even though it wasn't really stock.

2009 370Z
7 speed automatic
original color is Platinum Graphite
wrap is Matte russet red from KPMF and matte black all designed and created at Wrapstyle Prague
it has around 160000km on clock, but engine is 50000km after rebuild at Nissan dealer.

there are couple upgrades:
Rays Nismo wheels
UPREV ECU tune
Weapon R air intake
Z1 intake manifold
Z1 engine oil cooler with thermostat
Mishimoto thermostat
DC Sports ceramic exhaust manifold
Fast intentions decats
ISR stainless steel exhaust
HR lowering springs
Sun Line lips
DEFI racer gauges
Steel braided brake lines
Sparco Evo seats with racing harness

It should have 360-370 PS on most powerfull map.

For now, car is in winter sleep mode under car cover in garage. I can't wait for better weather to start DD it! :)

I am currently deciding on next progress with car. I am not big fan of bucket seats, so I am thinking about stock or Recaro sportsters.

Also on HR springs and with that lip car sits really low. I had to take front lip off, becouse it is broken on some spots (it will be repaired). Also I can't access my garage with it :D I even rebuild part of a driveway to be more low cars friendly :D
so, I am thinking about stock springs or Tein coilovers.. I would prefer it to be like 10mm higher.

And finally there are couple photos. I will do better ones when spring weather arrive here :)

and sorry for my english.. as you can say it is not perfect :D

Nice! The wrap looks good on it, and you can always go back to original color if you want.
Oh, and your English is more than good enough, lol.

Thanks! ;)

There wasnīt to much progress so far.
I replaced mishimoto racing thermostat for OEM (it was broken or opened really to fast).
Now, water temp is quickly on 90°C and holds.

But there is problem with oil temperature still.
On average day, I drive 30km to work and 30 back. Oil temp goes to 80°C after 15km. Even with longer drives, it is never on 100°C.

Previous owner installed 34 row Z1 oil cooler with thermostatic sandwich plate. I donīt know if thermostat still works or its permanently open. Also I think for 20°-25°C average temperatures here in May and for 90% daily comuting, oil cooler is too big.

So here is the question:
Should I use some sort of shield infront of oil cooler, or change it for smaller one (I found 10 and 13 row) or delete it permanently?

Temperatures during summer are 25-35°C.

I found manual how to repair trunk latch here on forum (little springs on both sides of trunk), and I am happy to say, it worked really well! :) so I can finally open my trunk normally :D

Adding photo of oil cooler.

nice looking car, enjoy the ride and remember the Z likes to run and be driven hard.
any plans of taking it to Nürburgring and running it there...

First thing I'd try is a block off plate for your oil cooler :twocents:

I made a few new photos recently, so here they are! :)

I also made shield for oil cooler. Now its hitting 90°C faster, but it still not going higher. I donīt know if that is enough for oil or 100°C will be better?

That plate should work. Next year, look into making a piece of metal that can be slide in or out for the block off. Might make life easier.
