^^^What he said. LMAO. I have issues also dealing with it being over myself. You're not the first one. The only way to make that feeling go away is to drive and enjoy the car. Stuff is gonna break and you are going to get some patina on it. It's all in the process of enjoying what you built. So get your butt in the drivers seat and have fun.

yeah, Its so impractical for me though, not that a vette would be any better. Hard to fit full length servers and 4000 hdds in it between data centers. First world problems deciding on a weekend car I suppose lol. :icon17:

You don't haul that stuff around every day. You can bring the Catruck the next day and do that stuff.

I felt like this every time I was done with a project. I've seen so many sell their vehicles right after finishing them. Craigslist is full of them. You'll never get out of what you put into it. Even if you part it out.

I have had folks argue with me that they would get all of their money out of it and then get mad about it. The world of today.

By the way, the Corvette is good but no where close to a 370z turbo. You can hide out and nobody is the wiser. A whole new douchery comes at you in a Corvette.

Maybe you guys are right, we'll see how it goes and play it by ear. I did take a little advice and drove it to work tonight and I still really enjoy the car. Idk, maybe instead of a toy I'll look at DD vehicle that has some fun elements to it. The Honda is great for putzing around town but something that has some enjoyment to it would be nice.

Spooler, I passed a vette on the way to work and the full head of grey hair driving it made me think I will wait a couple years before picking one up. :icon17: Plus, I want to see how the mid engine does before jumping all in on first year platform.

I have a large scratch on the rear bumper I havent had fixed because it is a reminder it is not a show car and is not going to be perfect.

Check out the Veloster N. It cheaper and better looking than the Civic typeR. It has great reviews.

One reason I dont like to drive it to work, cause I gotta park it when I am just getting into the groove of driving it! I dont want to pull in the parking lot lol.

I have a set of Fortune coilovers headed this way soon, That should inject a little pizazz into the ride again.

This bad boy was sitting in the parking lot of the Hampton Inn as I drove by on my way home from lunch. I think if you are going to do Mid-life crazy then do it right!https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...4334fd4df2.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...217bb46f46.jpg
