Can't wait to see this dropped!

It actually looks really good on the stock Nismo suspension. A little more wheel well gap than I would want but it still looks clean.

You're off to a great start

Yeah it's not as bad as I thought but I was getting desperate lol. All my new lights arrive today. So far so good. Really enjoying the Z a lot! Even with 15 GT-R's around me all weekend I was content  I love my Nismo!

BboyZ 12-05-2016 02:38 PM

Nice, wheels. I'm really digging it.

On the suspension, I was looking at the same coilovers. but since my car will be mostly street I went to FLEX Z coilovers.

diego@vossen 12-06-2016 12:40 PM

Installing these tonight. Swapped all my other lights with 5K VLED's already. Most important mod lol.

Osram D2S Lights. I've ran them on my G37's /GT-R and now the Z. Awesome replacements.

Thanks man. Hope to drop the Z off tomorrow to get the coils on. I will let everyone know how they ride.

Nice build man!

diego@vossen 12-07-2016 01:50 PM

Coils are in. Car is very dirty!

I am told front/rear is maxed out so can't go lower. I do need to correct camber especially on rear. Still going to adjust, maybe raise rear a tad. We'll see gonna get rear camber kit/toe bolts on and align first see how it all turns out. I don't like the front higher than rear personally so hoping after the camber correction on rear it's either even out on height or will raise rear a tad.

Thank you. Yeah those had to go, they were bugging me a lot lol. I tried to get use to them and couldn't.

PearlyladyZ 12-07-2016 08:52 PM

Hey long shot but do you still have your fender flares laying around and maybe I could get them off you? I live in Oregon and because of the weather my front wheels splatter mud all over the side of my car.

But they aren't a necessity so I'm not going to spend a ton.

Needs the VWS-2. You know I'm a fan of an open 5 spoke but they just don't work for me on this.

Will most likely try those out. We have not seen VWS-1, 2 or 3 on a Z so I will run through each design and photo-shoot.

I will let you know.

Open to reasonable offers. Shoot me a PM!

diego@vossen 12-12-2016 01:15 PM

SPC Camber/Toe Bolts arrived today and will be installed and aligned. Decided only to buy the rear. Maybe later I will get the front but my main concern was the rear. Here are a few pics over the weekend before I align.

Visited my detailer also who will make the Z flawless. The car brand new from the dealer came with to many swirls/scratches that bothered me. I expected this though since usually "detailers" at sea;reships are not the best. Will be perfect soon thanks to @ProficientX here in South Florida.

All 5K VLED's are installed including the reverse lights that were annoying to install lol. GT-R was 100x easier but had to have them so whatever.

Looks good! How did you install the front lights? Did you have to take the wheel off to remove the fender?

Taking off the wheels for the HID's would've been much easier but I managed to get it done by just going in through liner while wheel was turned.

For the DRL in headlight, removing wheels isn't necessary but I would advise to do so for the HID's since you need to make sure those are in correctly.

diego@vossen 12-14-2016 12:22 PM

Finally all aligned with SPC rear camber/toe kit installed. Been raining here in South Florida and with my work schedule I have not had time to wash but soon will be detailed and cared for :)

RS*R Coilovers ride amazing! IMHO much better than stock and car looks 1000X better. Wheel gap was killing me.

LOL! Well my GT-R had 53K miles in 16 months :hello:

diego@vossen 12-23-2016 10:39 AM

Not many updates but I am planning to install the Stillen Gen 3 Intakes and Full Armytrix Exhaust. Been enjoying the Z for 1 month and a lot of driving but starting to get bored lol. Needs a bit more sound, it's way to quiet for my taste.

Here are some random pics with friends. The Z looks so small next to the GT-R.

Finally picked up my car from my detailer. 2 day job is always worth it with @Proficent_x

2 stage paint correction. I had a photographer cover the detailing process.
Amazing how bad paint can be even brand new off the showroom floor. I was pretty disappointed when picking up the Z 1st day I got it :(

In for updates. I picked up my MB 370z Nismo back in July. Stock exhaust is really disappointing but once you open her up you will find your self at the gas station even more than you already are haha nice build so far.
