Anyone have any input as to Pro's / Con's of vehicle wraps? My front bumper is chewed to sh*t from kicked-up road gravel. I have a few other spots that just set me crazy. I was thinking of going with complete Stillen Body Kit, and then get custom wrap entire car. Leaning towards a Led Zepplin Theme for the wrap.

Much cheaper than a full and proper paint job and protects the original paint with the benefit of being removable. Downside is that there will probably still be areas that show the original paint color (underneath the hood, around the door frame on the interior, underneath the hatch, etc.) and that might look a little weird.

Thanks for input. I've decided to wrap my Z in Led Zepplin 1 cover album. Silly to some, but makes perfect sense to me!

I'm a Life & Death Zeppelin Fan! There is talk of a Zeppelin Tour (Johnny Jr at drums), brother I will be there! Rocking a Tricked out Z!

Another downside is that it is still rather expensive. You're looking at probably 2-3 grand for it, I believe...and maybe more, since you want something custom like that, and not just a flat color.

Hey fellas, I did NOT have a CSC failure or any sort of mechanical problem.

I replaced the CSC with the zspeed HD CSC as a preventative measure. I also went with a Southbend Stage 2 clutch, a Southbend billet flywheel, a new CMC, and a stainless steel clutch line.

Running redline fluid in the trans case, and RBF600 in the clutch reservoir.

I also just got my RJM in the mail today.. I'll be doing the install some time this week hopefully before the BBQ.

Thanks ...

Still middle of the pack. Vast improvement over the first time though. More driving and better tires (RE-71) will improve the process. I was way wide on at least two of the turns, both off camber. I need to get a bit more confidence in the capability of the car as well. I think I could have carried more speed through the first turn and through the beginning of that slalom. The slalom got tight there towards the end.

I wasn't going to analyze, I did see you very wide those times though. Still, not bad!
