I think that's the tl;dr version anyway.

I had assumed it was something else.

Oh maybe it was. I dunno.

eastwest2300 06-07-2013 04:11 PM

This is the off topic thread, it was a conversation chris and I had. About a s2000, two women in the front passenger seat and flooring it on a high way for an adrenaline rush..

Did I mention TWO girls in a s2000, that barely fits one person in each seat.

Well it makes sense...

Cost of 370Z intake (Drop ins and MAF Tubes) $150

Corvette Multiplier: 7.0

$150 x 7.0 = $1050

shadoquad 06-07-2013 05:46 PM

Lingenfelter PowerPac C6 ZO6 Corvette Air Intake & Programmer 2006-13 - Lingenfelter Performance

There are more reasonably priced options but still

It's in the manual:

"To increase the Horsepower output of the Veyron, simply Pop collar. The color of the shirt will determine the net HP increase. With Pink being the highest gain."

Made out to Buffalo safe on the bike today.

I think 400 miles of straight riding in constant wet conditions qualifies as "intense". My body is exhausted.Attachment 70628

What do you take to get to Buffalo usually?

Courtney and I are heading up there this summer to see family, the turnpike can be so damn boring.

83 to 15. Maybe longer, but it's a beautiful drive.

I wish I attached my GoPro...at one point, due to the fast temperature drop, I was riding in and out of clouds in the mountains.

they're on a slight backorder now, spoke with Chuck he said he's getting in about 50 sets the end of the month (or around that time) Kevin ordered a set, so he's going from stock headers with AAM HFC's to these headers with AAM TP's with a retune, can't wait to see the results

So Long to the 370ZR

Hey All,

Well, our 370Z Roadster is gone. We traded it in yesterday. Really loved the car and had a blast in it, but the paint was really driving me nuts. Started to have some clearcoat issues and even though I knew it would be covered by warranty, I just didn't want to deal with it. On top of that we really wanted to get something that would allow us to bring Sarah once in awhile. That fact pulled me away from looking at some very nice Corvette Grand Sports. We fell in love with the Camaro ZL1. Supercharged 6.2 putting out 580hp with Gen III Magnetic Ride Control, Brembo brakes, HUD, and much more. It will be sitting in the garage until I take it up to David next Saturday to get the clear bra treatment. Hope to bring it out at the next FFX meet.

I have a number of parts that I am going to be putting up for sale later today. The biggest being the Vertini Drift wheels with the Pilot Super Sports that are like new (around 500 easy miles on them).

Here are some pics...

eastwest2300 06-08-2013 04:21 PM

Greg very nice, sir! Wow..

Sscottfitz 06-08-2013 04:23 PM

Congrats on the new ride Greg! Technically I guess it is a "Z", just a little more juice under the hood - looks very nice - can't wait to see it in 3D.

Roadster4Us 06-08-2013 05:01 PM

Thanks guys. We definitely plan to be at FFX on the 22nd.

Roadster4Us 06-08-2013 05:18 PM

Parts

Okay guys, I have quite a few parts to sell. Before putting them up in the general public area, I'd like to give the MAZOC crew first crack.

Let me start by saying everything is priced to move. None of this I paid 3,300 for my wheels and tires that are like new and I'd like to get 3,000 for them :icon17: Just about everything is like new and about 50% off or more.

I will list what I have here. If you are interested, hit me up with a PM with your email address and I will send you a full description, pics and a MAZOC only price. I will wait until the middle of the week before putting them up in the for sale section.

Set of Vertini Drift Gold with Stainless steel lip with Michelin Pilot Super Sports. These are 19x9 and 19x10.5 with 255/35 and 295/30's. They are mounted with TPMS, lug nuts and hub rings. Seriously, wheels and tires are like brand new.

Brand new SLU (steering lock unit), in box, Rev D. This is the latest version that they are putting in the recalls. If your car was made after 6/2010 you are not part of the recall. I bought this to keep as a spare just in case. I didn't want to pull fuses or cut wires etc.

Black Satin indoor Nissan Z car cover for the Roadster. Great condition. Has the Z logo on the front and a bag also with the Z logo. Very soft inside and does a great job keeping the dust off the car while in the garage. SOLD to Steve (Sscottfitz)

Nissan cargo net for the Z.

Nissan cargo organizer for the Z. Adjustable and has the Z logo on it. SOLD to Steve (Sscottfitz)

Roadtrip Luggage for the 370Z. Has the Z logo, specifically made to fit into the trunk. Three pieces. SOLD to Steve (Sscottfitz)

Sun Shade for interior front windshield. SOLD to Michael (Z Stig)

Set of WeatherTech floor mats in great condition.

370Z JDM Smart Key case. Great condition, have original box.

Nissan carbon fiber key chain, Nissan on one side and Z emblem from 370 on the other. New. SOLD to Steve (Sscottfitz)

That's it. Let me know guys. Thanks.
