May 20th is Thursday. We leave early Thursday morning. Return date is May 23 (Sunday).

So I tried a little harder to get the film on more cleanly -- still looks like crap. It would blend in pretty well on a white or silver car, but it's really tough to get it on cleanly on darker colors.

I still think I'm going to use it, though, becuase I don't want to be wiping off bugs when we get there.

Are we there yet?

We are leaving May 19 around 9AM, is like a 6 to 7 hours drive from VA, right?

Thursday is the first day of the events.

Wonder what its gonna look like on black...shouldn't be too bad. Oh well...its better than living with bug stains in my clear coat again like the last trip I took.

I have the option to take Monday off as well, so if someone wants to linger and do some other cool stuff, please let me know. If not, coming back Sunday works for me.

Take that back, just tested a little on my car...we are gonna look 3/4th's retarded on the way down there....

As I recall, there ARE some Thursday events but I thought they were Thursday evening -- sort of a social mixer.....

I'd estimate given the route we're gonna have to take, food & fuel stops, Good Citizen Zpeed limits, etc., we're going to be in for about a 9~10 hr CruiZ -- but hey, that's good "Zeat Time":driving:

The only thing going on Thursday is the airport run and that's not even anywhere close to Fontana Villiage.

Anyway we will be getting there late on Wednesday. On Thursady whatever is going on, it is Zday, relaxation and fun time!;)

Kool, well you'll probably see us pulling in then Thursday late afternoon/early evening. ;-)
