There's an active list of attendees in the first post of this thread along with what each person is bringing. Right now we're at 19 people.

We'll bring burgers and buns. I'll also bring the contractor garbage bags for trash.

Weather forecast looks OK for this Saturday so far. There's a possibility of a stray shower/thunderstorm during the day, so we might want to bring umbrellas or something just in case. I don't get a refund for the reservation if we get rained out, so I don't have a back-up date for the BBQ. I'll keep an eye on the forecast the rest of the week.

I'll bring some watermelon or a fruit tray or both. :tup:

I was still planning on picking up a big honking salmon fillet from Costco in addition to the veggie dogs or burgers, as long as there's enough interest.

On another note, does anyone have my chair and cooler from ZDAYZ that I was not able to pick up for some reason? ;-) The cooler is all white and the chair is blue with a little cooler built into the arm.

Not sure about the charcoal, but we can always grab more from the Food Lion if we run out. We do need condiments since no one has claimed those yet. Someone did get your cooler and chair, but I don't remember who has it.

Ok, random items:
-Grill brush. Do we need one? If so, I can bring one.
-Condiments. Seriously. Someone is going to piss and moan if we don't have ketchup. I can pick some up if need be.
-"Cheese." I'm sure someone will want some unnatural oil-based slice of...stuff on their burger. I'll plan on bringing a few.
-Holding tins. I'll bring some of the foil chafing dishes I have to hold grilled foods once they're done. I don't think the whole chafing dish/gel fuel setup is necessary, but please let me know if you disagree.
Ok, that's all I've got for now, but the night is young. I'll check in later.

Probably need the grill brush and other grill utensils if you have them. I think Michael was going to bring the condiments, but again, Food Lion is only 5 mins away if he forgets.
