At my place of business, the more of a screw-up you are, the higher up the corporate ladder you go, to a point. I'm guessing it's easier to "hide" these people than deal with them. :ugh2:

lol... it's exactly the same thing here. never ceases to amaze me. the hard workers are always overlooked
