i use to hang dry it, but i found delicate mode does very well without damaging the towels...and much faster too :tup:

Decided to work on the hood a bit today. The hood now latches and evened out horizontally across the front. I need to find my calipers to measure the hole Dia. for the rubber hood bumpers. Way undersized as it sits now :icon17: Once they are on and adjusted, should be ready to rock and roll.

It is such a decent day out today, I want to go for a cruise! No salt has been on the roads for a long while and it has been raining all last week. If it keeps up I just might be able to get it out this weekend. :excited:
I'm going to be nervous about it popping open while driving, need to look more into price of aerocatch pins installed for peace of mind.

Got one hole filed out to the correct size for rubber bumper. Needs to be .625 dia. and they came .566. A lot of filing and checking. I destroyed one of the rubber bumpers trying to thread it back in, good thing I ordered 2 more this morning :icon17:

Okay, stopped by Cabelas. They didn't have optic I wanted in store so I'm ordering and will pick up there to avoid the $19.95 shipping charges. Takes a little longer but $20 in shipping just sticks in my craw.

I told them I was going to pay some in gift card and some in cash, well they use a kiosk rather than their cash register to place orders. Basically this kiosk goes to their website (exact same one you'd access from home) and it doesn't take cash so he says go buy another gift card and you can do it that way. Well, buy another card and ask about Club points...he says go back up there to the club counter and he'll print out a temp card you can use...WRONG...so back to the kiosk I go to place the order and the friggen thing goes all wacko on the page to approve the shipping and I can't go further.

This has taken about 20 minutes of back and forth, long story long I just went out the Z went to Cabelas from my phone and placed the dang order. Not really irritated b/c no reason in letting all that spoil anything but felt like I should share it with my Z family.
