After meeting the hubs for lunch, I decided to take the toll way bridge to south 183 and get a car wash. Coming around the corner on the highest point of the bridge, I see a cop and tow truck. I edge up a bit more and see a Porsche stopped sideways and the front end/side smashed up. :shakes head: Guess he thought he could take the bridge at a higher speed.

Anywho, I cleaned up the exhaust ends after I got home and realized that no cats is turning my bumper brown. I might have to swap them out for HFCs or get some spats installed.

A little cleaner wax will fix up the stains easily

Cleaner wax? Is that just regular wax?

<--- is slow.

I was going to get some clay and try that.

Good question.

I am amazed daily almost-how little I know about cars-and taking care of them. :icon17:

Here is just one example of thousands, pick your favorite brand.
http://www.meguiars.com/en/automotiv...er-wax-liquid/

It's easy to apply, no scrubbing and easy on the paint.

Thanks for the info! reps for you!

I have another question though, if you think you could help. Can I use a clay bar on my exhaust tips? Nevr Dull isn't cutting through the build up on top.

I would think that clay wouldnt touch the build up if nevrdull isnt. I am not 100% sure though, I have never tried clay on anything but paint/glass.
cant hurt to rip off a small chunk of clay and give it a whirl.

Maybe something like this work for you? I was going to pick one up at the autoparts place if I see it on sale.
