The Best and Worst Car You Have Driven?

I thought I'd try a new thread here. What's the favorite car and least favorite car that you've driven?

Mine:
Favorite: 458 Italia
Least Favorite: PT Cruiser, (close behind is a 911 flachbau, it's impossible to reach the gas pedal for me)

Favorite: 1969 (or was it a '68?) Dodge Dart GTS (340 hi-po V-8). Handled great for such a big car and had more power than I knew what to do with.

Honorable Mentions: My first car. 1964.5 Ford Mustang coupe. All the fenders were rusted out and the paint was terrible but it had a 200 Sprint straight-6 and a toploader transmission. And best of all, it was MINE! :)
Mom's 1970 Buick Electra 225 with 455 V-8 and posi rearend that I got to drive when I was in HS. Drove like a boat but had lots of power. And a HUGE backseat. Look up "gas hog" in the dictionary and there will be a picture of that car.

Least Favorite: early-'90s Dodge Spirit. Nice family car, so it fit my needs at the time, but no power and the suspension was terrible.

Favorite: 1966 396 375HP El Camino. 4 speed with limited slip. That was a fun car. Followed closely by the Z and a 1968 MGB.

Least: 2008 Hyundai Elantra. Sewing machine engine, wallows like a pig in slop.

While not terribly glamorous, I'll keep it to cars I've owned. I typically don't drive other people's cars and I don't let other people drive mine...end of story. I also don't test drive cars I can't afford...boring as that may be, I don't like to waste people's time.

Least: 1993 Chevy Camaro (V6)...what a dog

Most: My 2014 Z

Jordo! 10-20-2014 08:19 PM

Favorite: This one

Honorable Mention: 1987 Toyota Celica GT

Worst (TIE): 2008 Dodge Caliber/200? PT Cuiser (thankfully, rentals; both cars should have been immolated and/or crushed into cubes)

My worst has to be the Chevy Aveo hatch, that I rented while a new engine was being dropped in my old Accord. Absolutely nothing special about that car, plus it was yellow, I had no pride during that period in my life.

I haven't driven anything really special but I have had two 370s, with two cars in between, so the fact that I would go back to the Z definitely makes it my favorite. Sure, the '04 Cobra was faster in a straight line, but everything else about the car was ****. I don't know how Ford got away with using the same interior across two generations of cars. Thankfully, they seem to have redeemed themselves.

Best vehicle I have had the chance to drive is my Z.
Worst vehicle '79 Dodge Aspen with a door that would open on right hand turns and had a padlock for trunk latch.
brand new Kia Rio with 30 miles on it and the visor fell off turning out of dealership is right up there too. :icon17:

Favorite for me is my Z NISMO of course!

A close second was my old Saturn Ion Redline. I know, I know, "It's a Saturn!", but that thing was a blast to drive!

Least favorite was when I test drove a new (at the time) Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Rally Edition. I went in wanting to test a Lancer Rally-Art Edition (around 160-180 hp, if I remember correctly), but all they had was a couple OZ Rally Editions. I think those had around 120-140 hp. It was such a let down!

Your worst is interesting, then again, I suppose it depends on which generation. They might not be the fastest or most nimble cars, but that's not what makes them special. They do have some positives at least. There are other cars out there that were made on the cheap, for the cheap, and nothing can redeem them, not even a manual transmission.

Best- Porsche 996 GT2 Honorable mention: Lamborghini Gallardo, Ferrari F430.
Worst- Chevy Aveo, Chevy spark...or sonic...whatever its called. It was a garbage rental car, the non-turbo one.

The GT2 is a personal favorite of mine because of ZERO electronic aids. I've driven the faster 997 GT2 as well, and several 996/997 GT3's GT3RS', and non of them were as hardcore as the 996 GT2. That thing scared the hell out of me and I LOVED it

Best for me is the Z, my friends 700whp cobra, Evo 8, E92 M3, a tuned RS4 and Mazdaspeed 6.

Second best are probably the S2k, rx8 and Evo X

Least, Toyota the turtle Echo. The engineers at Toyota really had to try to make that piece of sh1t lol

It was a first gen and I just found it to be awful. Slow, ugly, and bland inside. Much better options for the money IMO.

Best I've driven goes to Lamborghini Gallardo & Switzer P800 GTR (tie)

Worst and most hated by far is the Porsche Cayenne S. That thing is a POS more levels than I can mention. I'd rather drive a Versa again (which is actually really fun to boot around)
