you cant tell she's infected because there's a long incubation period for the virus. she could be but not sure until it's over. hence the quarentine. its a precaution is all.

People are not contagious if they are not showing symptoms. Have her stop in every day for a quick checkup and send her on her merry way. No need for quarantine.

I have made the logical (and apparently un-manly) choice - I've looked at the evidence and determined, to my satisfaction, that Ebola is not a big threat to me, my family, or my country.
