yah, i just had a bad experience over the weekend with my expensive wera multi-bit screw driver. while in use the thing just fell apart. im like really? :ugh2: and it has these 2 tiny retaining balls to prevent the driver bit from flying out when i extend the shaft. the balls fell out on my carpet and had a HELL of a time trying to find the sob. :mad:

both ebay and paypal should back you up.... its a lot of emails but its your money...

i will give him until next monday to figure this out. if nothing happens i will dispute it. i dont want to do that though.
