Go to the deli-get bologna sliced like 1/2" thick. Slice up some onions and cook them until almost caramelized. Fry the bologna until crispy on the edges. Yum!!

That was my justification for the price. I've ssen crappy blinds that are discoloured and bowing from the sun.
