Received a nasty note in the mail from the IRS. According to QB, they are supposed to pay our liability taxes and file 941 forms quarterly. They paid the IRS out of our bank account, but apparently did not file our forms for Q1-Q3. They are in the process of refunding the extra $800 I paid for these services at the beginning of the year. I would have rather them just get it right the first time and not make me have to deal with it - that is why I paid them after all. But I won't complain about getting $800 for 2 hours of my time for a refund that includes services they didn't screw up ;)

It's all taken care of. The key thing is the IRS got their money on time every quarter. I mailed off the Q1 form (notice received today was dated Oct 20 btw :icon14:) today and filed the Q2 online late. I filed Q3 as well, but it is not late as I have until the end of Oct to file it. Just hope the penalties aren't too bad on the late Q1 and Q2 forms.

I'm all for second chances, too, but this guy was sank a while ago when DE started his thread. Guys started coming out of the woodwork with issues they had with him during their transactions. I'm not saying he's bad enough to ban outright, but something ought to be done.
