a few weeks ago the car start with a damn probelm.... they rev very slowly... soo slowly that to hit 60mph its a fcking probelm, and the car dont have no lights on the dash... no check engine... Well when the problem appear i take the car to the dealer and they check the car and tell me that the problem is the K&N drop in filters... apparently when they put the scanner appear one code on storage... i dont remember what code is... Anyway the person who works on my car tell me that he erase the code and the car is working find now but i have to recharge the K&N filters. I pick up my car and the car works like new... I buy the recharge kit and work on the K&N and everything was great... last week the car start with the same sh!t :shakes head: start to rev slowly again and i proceed to turn off the engine and start again and sometimes the problem disappearsand sometimes the problem still... If i disconnect the battery the problem go and the car runs with no issues but the next day start with the same problem... well i proceed to install the oem drop in filters and the car runs great from Thursday to yesterday... Yesterday start with the same fcking problem and the car have the oem filter.... yesterday i leave the car on the dealer and im waiting for they call to see what they are going to tell me now.... cause the car dont have the K&N filters now... sorry for this testament but im very mad bro!!

Thats weird I have my K&N filters for 2 years now but no issues with it. Considering your car is 2013 model should not have such problems yet.
Update us what causes your Z to do that. Definitely not the K&N, I was thinking your MAF sensor must not be working well.

Do you have to oil those filters? Maybe give the MAFs a good cleaning? Hope it's something simple!

Man my car its a 2013 and i buy it from new im the first owner soo i know everything about him... Anyway I think the same bro!! i can believe the problem was the K&N Drop Ins filters... maybe is bad MAF sensors or something bad with the ECU cause if i disconnect the battery and connect the battery again the car run perfect with no issues but then the problem still come.... :confused: i keep you guys updated with this...
Yes bro i buy the recharge kit like the person in services tell me... i give a good cleaning to those filters an oiled again fallow all the steps that appears on the instructions... The problem is that the check engine light does not appear and i can read any code.... well let see what happend... But im thinking on sale the Z right now and i dont want that... :shakes head:

Thanks for the mental support guys i really appreciated :tup: im still waiting for the dealer call to see what is the new story behind this problem.... maybe they are going to tell me now that the problem is the HPS Post Maf Tubes:icon14: but trust me if i remove the post maf tubes and the problem comes again im going to buy $5.00 on gas and a box of matches and im going to start a fire on the dealer with my car there :bowrofl::bowrofl:

I still think a good MAF cleaning then ecu reset will help. Don't start thinking like the way I do about my beater DD! I just sunk the last $400 into it, no more. If something else starts to go out, the bastard is getting dual stage 300 hit of naaawwwwwwzzzzz till something explodes :roflpuke2:

sorry to hear about the hassles, carlitos. but this started after installing the hps post-maf tubes and k&n drop ins, correct?

as others mentioned, it could be the maf sensors are dirty. ive not had issues on my cars (like *many* cars using kn drop ins
and cones) but they are notorious for causing oil to get onto the sensor.

as for the post-maf... im not sure. mine works fine and have been running it
for like 3yrs now with no issue. :D maybe your hose is loose or
elbow cracked or something as seen on those stillen gen3 intakes...?

thanks bro... well the i install the post maf and the drop ins in January of this year and i never have problems with them until now bro :( Last week when the problem return i check the hoses and they are ok.. i tight a little bit more to be sure but i dont think that is the problem... im still with you guys maybe are the Maf sensors or in a bad case the ECU... cause like i say... if i disconnect the battery when i have the problem... when i connect the battery again the car works perfect with any issue:confused: anyway im going to tell to the dealer if they clean the Maf sensors... Thanks for all your help guys i really appreciated :tup:
