I'm preparing a report for an assessment I did for an owner who is getting sued. It's a little intimidating. I just don't want to screw up and say something incorrect.

 on the :driving:

I'm hoping I feel up to a car wash this weekend :)

But I would never use one of these services. I just don't trust their towels or their technique. Even if the car has to stay dirty for longer periods of time, I would rather do it myself and know that everything is done properly. I'd hate to pay someone else to put swirls in my paint, when I spent so much time learning the right way from Junkman. To qualify, I'm sure there are high quality detailers out there, just none in Austin it seems.

I found a guy who does paint correction but he's pricey. I might pay for it next year.

I know lots of places that do paint correction. They're all pricey. And I don't trust any of them :ugh2:

There's no one to trust in Austin.

yah, me neither. the only reason why i spent $500 to get that useless steering lock back 3-4yrs ago was because i didnt trust the tow truck driver nor the dealer. x2
