100% agree. The s2000 doesn't need some aftermarket colour. I'm okay with a 10000000000000000000% less aggerssive body kit. KISS is my moto.

:rofl2: inception bro... i'm in your dream that you're in my dream but really i was in the dream of the dream but not your dream which happened to coincide with his dream and then finally... i woke up realizing it was just another dream.

On a more serious note... I want the 2015 nismo front fascia for my car... makes me so hot.

yah, like my Z which is 120% stock :ugh:, i just like keeping things super simple.

i donno about the 2015 nismo facia. im not a fan... but it does look better with that red thing painted glossy black. in your case since you already have the drl wiring, should be pnp  (youll still need the shroud and fender liner bits probably)

looks pretty much brand new now. :p it was one of the best transmitters of its time so wanted to keep it looking nice.

15yrs ago i didnt have the tools nor know the techniques to clean it up so nice.

what was the final sand paper grit used ?

:excited:

good morning/afternoon fam :hello:

kenchan 09-16-2014 09:55 AM

so last night i brought up my heavy duty step ladder into the garage in prep for the wiring work i need to do up high in the celing to replace a remove sw module.

i found that there is no way in hell to do the work without pulling out my G from the garage. :shakes head: guess im glad im doing this before she was in hibernation.

i started with #800, then #1500, then #2000 (wetsand for all 3), and used ScratchX2.0 on a short weave MF towel. trick is to polish it but not to a super shiny polish cause then it will look too different from the rest of the textured plastic. :D

for the lcd minor blemish on one side of the screen, i used scratchx2.0 and a q-tip.

yah for me tires are much higher priority than new facia....unless you have damage on it or something and wanted to try something different during the repair. :D
