First drive in a over a week was in the rain to get groceries :ugh2:

I did warm her up fully and detoured through the nearby parking lot for some no-tire-wear-drifting in the wet prior to the store :driving: :tup:

Now getting the house ready for guests. Thank the good Lord it was Melody at home all week and not me - the house is already in pretty good shape :tup:

Plan for the evening is getting everyone to vote for BFG (and making sure they have it bookmarked to vote the next few days, too). One of the guys is bringing stuff to make queso, and I'll be cooking up fajitas for dinner outside on the grill (thank the good Lord for covered patio as well). Then Texas vs UCLA - I hope we can take advantage of their weak o-line play and actually make a game of it this week. Hook'em Horns!
