soy products in the US honestly taste like crap. :barf:

im talking soy based entree's that arent trying to be imitations of meat.

kenchan 09-04-2014 11:21 AM

i think the #1 reason for americans hating soy products is because they're trying to make them to be imitations of something. they're doing it wrong. :shakes head:

Outstanding Doctor Kenchan....Think about this food for thought...How
the hell would Clifford really know the facts on soy based foods and
products...They make up less than 5% of my daily intake and diet..

Onzedge please be so kind and share with us your thoughts today about
soy based food and products...

I have no opinions either way on soy-based stuff. I eat tofu regularly. I know how to make tofu in large volumes (3,000 pounds at a time). I eat actual soybeans as well. I am afraid the preceding statements have exhausted my soybean knowledge.

One of my clients makes a huge amount of tofu each day. It is all for internal use in other products they produce. Like many other manufactured products, we are better off just buying and consuming it while remaining ignorant as to how it is actually made and what it smells like during production.

The scent of a five day old yogurt might seem like this smell...
