Just finished up washing both cars. 2.5 hours for the Z and .5 for my daily driver.

The Z looks good enough to drive at least, and it's clean enough I can QD it to get any water spots off. I didn't change the stuff out in my CR system so it's got some.

Then again if I got the whole damn thing perfect it's for sure the first time I'd drive it it would rain or something. :ugh2:

I hate that. As a matter of fact last summer I didn't wash my Z and left it dirty for a while because after I did wash it the previous time, they were saying 50% chance of rain every day for 3 weeks and it never rained... And of course I didn't drive the car to work since it was "really going to rain" this time and I didn't want my hard work messed up. No Z for 3 weeks? Screw that. :rolleyes:

But at least it's not embarrassingly dirty. It looked like the guy took the car 4-wheeling when I got it back from having the tires rebalanced/aligned. :bowrofl:

motored my Z and qd'ed afterwards... humid as hell today. :eekdance: ran my dehumidifier in the garage as i qd'ed.

yah, i hate it when the rain clouds spin above me without just moving out into another region. it's like the same frikken cloud keeps coming back every 10-15hrs. :mad:
