i expect the remote modules to arrive soon...

Not yet, I'm content with how the clutch works for now as the biggest culprit is MY lack of skill. I'm going to start saving up coin to prepare for the inevitable CSC fail so I can get either ZHD or Z1 csc, msc and maybe the pedal kit(unlikely). Might remove the helper spring but it's just me being an amateur and releasing a bit too quickly causing some jerky/clunking. It's definitely better now and my leg muscles are developing!

Oh I checked my fluid levels and colours... only thing getting darker is the oil. I'm at 5000km tho and a little bit of oil has been burned. Still about | | far from where it originally started and plenty of oil above the L. I still have a quart JUST in case.

there are 2 big issues on the 370Z that makes it hard to get a smooth shift early on. the clutch feel (return spring too stiff making it hard to feel when the clutch makes contact), and the throttle latency due to dbw.

my G and dd both have better clutch feel and throttle response so it made driving my Z feel kinda odd the first few miles until i got re-familiar with the Z's characteristics ever weekend. :D

so i swapped out the clutch spring which made a 50% improvement, and the latter 50% just got a sprintbooster to rid the latency. car feels as good as my G35C which is very good. :p my G never had a latency issue.. throttle input was instantaneous, clutch feels more like the old traditional clutch.

about the csc.... i think if you're easy on the clutch pedal input you're going to be fine. same issue on the G35/350Z.... mine is fine. 10yrs original owner.
some folks just ram the clutch pedal like no tomorrow and that's too much instant pressure on the little cylinder.

Ahh yea I stomped it a few times and heard the pedal hit the floor making a 'thunk' sound when i just started. Now it's just easing in and out. I find the rhythm a lot better. Defintely agree with the engagement... it's so high up and then there is very little room between partially engaged and released. Definitely caused me to stall a lot more than I'd like to admit when I just started driving. It's fun now though :happydance::driving:

it's a simple voltage multiplier circuit with pnp harness that plugs into your throttle pedal harness. but you get raped by 299 and get 3 modes.

off (stock), stage1 (sport), stage2 (race cause racecar).

i keep it in stage1, but it's still aggressive so had to relearn the throttle curve. once i got that down,

unlike other throttle controllers u dont need to turn it "on" each time you start the car. which was a major plus for me. and readily available in the US. :D

ive been driving MT for a long time so ive not stalled the car, but finding that sweet spot on the clutch pedal was kinda :icon08: at first. also the throttle delay was not helping at all. :D

also on s-curve switchbacks the delay made it feel kinda stupid cause i needed to wot like 0.5 sec prior to where i really wanted to open up. hahaha.

i wish they could make stage1 as stage2, and a offer a tad milder stage1, but oh well. probably cant get a smoother ramp without getting rid of that latency unless one re-flashes the ecu completely with a new map.

i heard the AT version has a milder ramp vs the MT, so if anyone had a AT version sprintbooster maybe try that on a MT and see how much milder it really is. :D
