sorry guys, work has been crazy and I have not had time to continue the work on the machine lately. I believe this coming weekend I should be able to get some work done, if not I go on vacation the last week of this month and I can finish it then.

Wolfenstein 09-30-2014 07:39 AM

so.......I am still a slacker and have not finished this project. I do now have ALL the parts I need to complete it. I apologize for anyone waiting to see the finished product. Life is crazy busy....

All I can say is that I swear I will finish this thing at some point :rofl2:

LOL! I have everything I need to complete the machine I just need to sand it and apply my vinyls and she will be done. The winter messed me up because I needed to make room for my Z and the wife's car in the garage so the arcade machine went on the back burner.

I swear I will finish this thing at some point :wtf2:

kenchan 05-07-2015 04:09 PM

oh i thought i read the arcade machine went out the back door. :rofl2:

Wolfenstein 05-25-2015 03:23 PM

So I FINALLY went and bought a sander and dremel so I could finish this bad boy. :woot: The stuff I have sitting on the top is weight for the glue. I have the laminate on both sides and the bottom of the front, I just need to make a few more cuts then it will be ready to lay the custom vinyl on. I would have had it finished this weekend but I ran out of contact cement.

I applied the first vinyl to my machine and trimmed it up. The machine is on its back so the side with the vinyl is the front of the machine below the controller deck. I used the "wet" method for laying the vinyl and it ended up with no bubbles in it. I can't wait to get the rest of the vinyls attached!

Super cool... Looks like it's gonna turn out really nice. I've been planning to put one in my basement. Which console and emulator are you using 360 or PS3?
I want to come over and check it out when your done.

madeinjapan 07-27-2016 01:01 PM
