Beware of "Jiajun Auto", worst exhaust factory

Hello,
I'm not quite sure if this is the right place to post this thread, Mod feel free to move, just want to get the most attention as possible.
The thread is quite long, please bare with me.

I'm a 370Z owner in Thailand and a car enthuiast, for the last few years I been helping member from oversea contact a supplier in Asia, such as Taiwan, Thailand, China or Japan to fabricate thier requested designs in the price they will be able to find profit selling in thier country and be labbelled in their own name/brand.

Early on this year, I have sold an Amuse Ti exhaust to a member of this website, after knowing what I been doing, he ask for a quote of Titanium Y pipe and a decat pipe, as the progress goes, he Paypal the cost and the production began.

After a long wait from the company "Jiajun Auto Accessories" in China was over, the Y pipe was ship to the UK. After he open the box and found that the fitment was horrible, almost 2inches short, the refund was being made from me to the unlucky customer who is kind enough to forgive this mistake of mine and not even ask for the labor he payed for the shop and his time wasted. He is now continueing on his business with me on the different Titanium fabrication order(different supplier ofcause).

Jiajun, on the other hand, refuse to pick up any phone calls or reply my emails, as well as Skype or text messages, the marketting women "Sylvia" trying her best to avoid me as she found out the exhaust craftmanship is a dissater and I request a refund.
The first few days were the funniest, as she pretend to be uncapable of speaking English and don't allow me to call to the company or talk to higher individual in the company( after talk to convincing me to buy her company products with English for several weeks before the money was wire).
Also phone calls that are ended by the reciever and messaged that read but never reply. It went like this for 3-4weeks.

After telling them I'm going to post this on the internet, they agree some refund on the 3rd of June of the item if I ship it to her customer in UK, so I did. (Without even charge her for the postage).

And then the company is gone, my phone calls are refused and probably put on blacklist, read e-mails, texts and Skype but never answered.
However, I tried with different phone number after 2 weeks, make sure they are less aware about my existance and pick up the call. They did.

Sylvia, claiming she is the only one who speak English in the company, not allow me to talk to any higher rank in the company, but in the end, promise me to refund me for 'some' of the cost (claim that return more than this it gonna be her salary the factory pay me). I'm agree and sent my Paypal request.

And Bang! They are gone again, same tricks, but now they don't pick up any calls at all when the number start with +66 ( my nation code).

So here I'm, telling this to you guys, and probably going to different site to spread this out as much as possible.
And sorry for my English, I'm too pissed for any correction.
This is the company profile, KEEP OUT from Jiajun Auto Assessories.

So Cliff notes version is a Chinese company made some shitty exhaust products? Do they happen to make turbo manifolds per chance?

So JaiJun is a parts supplier that asked you to build exhaust then they did not pay you.

zefaulter 06-21-2014 08:42 AM

That sucks why don't they try to fix it so they get more business from you? This makes no sense, limited brain function on their end

It should be a red flag from the get-go that when you click for Nissan parts, European-geared products are displayed... :icon14:
