I bought her a new cell phone yesterday as part of her present. I went to AT&T told them I wanted to buy her a phone, but her current phone needs to work until we are ready to activate the new phone (I wasn't going to give it to her until Sunday). She calls me up two hours after I purchase it asking if I bought her a new phone. I asked why and she says because her phone no longer has service. WTF AT&T?!?!?! :mad: :mad: :mad:

Dude, so sorry they ruined your surprise. My wife hates surprises, that's why I love giving them to her.

Yeah don't get me started... When I worked for an architecture firm, their business class turned off our phones and internet two weeks before we moved, then made us pay $400 for the service we didn't receive. Unbelievable the amount of ignorant customer service reps and a$$hole supervisors at that company :shakes head:
