But basically you can buy and possess you just can't set them off without a license. You sign a waiver in the store stating that you are aware of the liability of buying etc etc etc....name address dr lic. And signature. Deputy sitting there watching you. Everybody knowing that you're not buying to just look at them :roflpuke2: |
