its ok, thats why I have a huge bottle of extra strength tums near me at all times..

In all seriousness, if you are consuming huge amounts of Tums or whatever, it is a sign of something amiss in your digestive system. You should get it looked at, man.

yah, high intake of tums with calcium can result in other issues too...

i would let my system rest for a full day by not eating and just drink water.
then introduce protein (steak) and see how your body reacts to it.
then grains... then carbs... and fiber at the end.

the last time i ate my wife's grain/fiber diet cereal without knowing
i thought i was going to die. :icon17: hahaha. so much bloating and
upset stomach :icon14:

I like to load up on "gassy" foods about an hour and a half before I fly.

i have to do a few biz trips next month again, so i shall load up on crop dusting materials prior to boarding. :tup:
