it was a very very nice race, clean race and people are skillful

they are going to have a US series on the 26th, 5 races on that night 10 laps each with US road cars only.

not sure if I want to put my butt in a vetter or viper :ugh2:

but what the heck, it's fun :icon17:

not sure when is GT7 is going to be released since GT6 has only been released for 7 months and looks like they will have lots of updates coming for it.

also I will hold on to purchase a PS4 for now, it's still pretty new on the market.

And you know Sony, they will probably have an updated version will a slimmer case and bigger HDD bundle with couple games selling for a much lower price than now in the near future.

Thus I am going to hold on to it for now.

Plus, the PSN on PS4 cost about $50-$60/year when it's still free for PS3..

Mr.alcheng, thanks for your insight! Hummmm so almost better to get GT6 and PS3... hummm...

Mr. Kenchan,

What lug nuts are you running? This is an actual question.

I thought I saw you had replaced yours with something and I am not remembering with what.

Thanks, man.

i am running neochrome lugs by Muteki. they are forged steel lugs.

for my nismo wheels i run stock lugs.

the DW sidewalls are stiffer but nowhere near Advans or S04's. i run DWS on my dd in the winter since they feel better than snow tires, but im not a fan of the DWS's steering response (or the lack of) either. i run RE760's on my dd. they are very good tires for normal cars.

the DW has soft sidewall too.

I had it on my Z for 2 seasons, it performance well on both dry and wet condition.

it's a very very nice tires for its price.

the DW has ultimate grip, but there is sort of this blank area especially when going through an s-curve where the vehicle weight shifts from left to right... i loose about 0.2-0.3sec of information feeding back to the steering wheel. :ugh:

that's kinda scary at first, but as long as you know that the grip is there after that fraction of a second, it's not a bad tire. upping the front psi by 2 or more vs the rear has improved getting rid of this blank feeling...but i know my other tires are much more superior as far as feedback goes and overall everything. :icon17: hahaha

the best part about the DW is its weight. 5lbs lighter than RE050, S04, 2-3lbs lighter than PSS and Advans.

wheew, shower repair was a success.. no kitchen sinks blowing up either. :D woot!

kenchan 06-14-2014 12:19 PM

weight transfer sounds better...

weight shift sounds like there's something loose in the car. :icon17:

one note if you are going to get a copy of GT6:

expect the graphics is NOT as good as the GT5 :icon17:

what we notice on the GT6 is the driving dynamics/physics is much better and realistic than GT5, and it probably gives more calculation/work to the CPU thus they have to low the video quality to compensate that.

however, the driving is more realistic and the car is more sensitive on setup changes.

and.... a set of good steering wheel is a must.. :driving:
