What do you mean by this? I don't really care as I do the MT oil myself. But I'm confused as to the purpose of marking the plugs. Is it so you can tell if they actually took them off or not?

i think i figured out who report my posts.

they are those with no sense of humor and have self esteem issues. taking a 3rd person exaggeration post personally as if directed at them. :ugh:

how can you tell the dealer performed the work after the work order?

That's the million dollar question(s)........I was going to ask Dallas and Houston people if they had a trustworthy dealership I could visit.

I wouldn't bother unless the dealer is offering to do it free. I bet they charge you out the nose. Let's clean your throttle bodies first, at least. You haven't cleaned the brake switch either, have you?

Nope, nothing is for free. I have not.

If you have to mark the plugs to determine whether your dealer is actually doing the work, that's horrible. I mean, I am worried about them screwing something up while doing the work. I guess on the bright side, they can't screw anything up if they don't work on the car :rofl2:

I should find a dealer like this and then take it to them after doing any normal maintenance. Then I can have them record all my maintenance history. I wouldn't pay them though :icon17:

:eekdance: you sound ANGRY! not sure how many miles you put on your car each year, but i can usually go 2 seasons without a tire swap. i'd pay the extra fee for the 19's look and feel.

Are you having trouble with RR? I think you're going to have problems at any dealership. Weird intermittent issues are difficult to diagnose without some serious effort, which isn't something dealerships are generally known for.
