Countryside Nursery on Pond Springs Road. They will be getting a poor review by my wife.

The place seems decent enough, and the person was helpful and nice when we were picking out the tree. I've purchased plenty from them on my own with no issues as well. However, their execution of delivery and planting of the tree has been continually disappointing. They are doing everything they can to make it right, they just keep screwing it up :ugh2:
