I need someone to go driving with me when the idling issue starts to rear it's head. It happens so intermittently though. Today while sitting parked, car on, it went up to right under 1k, dried down to under 500 and sounded like it was going to shut off, then stabilized. I'm wondering if I need to just swap the tranny fluid as part of fixing it.

Definitely call me... I will make the time for a lunch for sure. If you make it down on a Friday, let's do Perry's Steakhouse (they have a delicious pork chop special for like $12 :yum:)

While the tranny fluid might well could use the flush, I doubt it has anything to do with your idle issues. Let's take a look at it sometime. Feel free to just call me whenever it rears its head. I'll do my best to be available. You're more than welcome to come by this weekend. I'm going to do my RJM clutch pedal install this weekend because I feel like using Mr. Onzedge as motivation to get it done :icon17:
