Just bust a plank for a good 10 minutes. :p Easy way to work on stability for us lazy folk.

I'm so hungry.......I think some egg whites are on the menu for tonight's dinner. Maybe some lean protein. What do you guys recommend to compliment egg whites?

hmmmm, thats a tough question, I can't stand eggs.. cook up some chicken breast, on white or brown rice.. thats healthy.

I always used fat free cheddar cheese and two slices of toasted wheat bread. :)
