Ms. BC wants an update on my wife, so I'll bite :tup:

A few months ago, she started taking some classes from a friend that also teaches a yoga class. She recently found an all-female gym nearby that has classes as well. And now we have a stripper pole in our house :eek:

Seriously, though. She's taking pole classes and getting pretty good. She enjoys the work out and she doesn't have to take her clothes off (although I certainly encourage it :rofl2:). If she ever lets me post a video, I will do so... in the Premium Section as incentive (SFW tho).
