Yesterday I put out two old pieces of furniture in fair-poor condition on the curb. I took a photo of them and posted it in the free stuff on Craigslist. Not two minutes later the new renters next door were ringing the doorbell asking incredulously if I was throwing that stuff out. I thought, have you looked at it, but I said you can have one or both of them. She took both :ugh2:

My neighbor on the other side is a good guy. We gave him a couple of nice leather couches we didn't need for his patio. It was easier than trying to sell them on Craigslist.

The wife is making me merge the office into the guest bedroom so she can have an excercise room. Major spring cleaning going on this weekend. I enjoy throwing old crap out and reclaiming the space :tup:
