I think I've figured out that our Z is the exact opposite of a weekend cruiser. For example, she sat alone in the garage all this weekend. I washed her last week and didn't want to get her dirty just running errands around town.

My father is about to purchase a new car and give his Rav4 to my sister. She currently drives a 5spd Accord coupe, which I am considering taking for a DD :tup:

First two rounds are this coming weekend. Sweet 16 and Elite 8 are the following weekend.

Get it! I like having a second (practical) car. Plus if it's older, you don't really need to worry about it. Just maintenance and drive it until the thing dies.

It depends on whether they keep their Accord or their Civic. I'd take the Accord but not the Civic because I know the condition of both cars. Honestly, an Accord coupe isn't any more practical than the Z. But it would be free (except for title and insurance of course), and it would allow me to keep the miles off the Z :tup:

If I had two cars to myself, my preference would be to continue to daily the Z and purchase an SUV for when we need "practical". But I have no interest in spending the money to purchase an SUV or even operate one daily when I can just borrow one from family :icon17:
