California's Concealed Weapons Rules Struck Down

Of course all the malcontents follow the law so there's no good cause to be "allowed" to follow the 2nd Amendment. :ugh2:

Amendment 2
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Amendment 10
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

All State laws dealing with the right to keep and bear arms are unconstitutional. Only the Federal gobbmint has jurisdiction and they are VERY limited in what they can do by the 2nd Amendment.

There is a huge backlog here in Sacramento with the Sheriffs department. you have to keep checking their online calendar to see when an interview position will open up. is a real pain honestly they should have an appointment reminder so you can put your name on a list.
