Have fun dude! I've been to Cabo before and it's awesome. Charter a deep sea fishing boat, you wont regret it. If you like bars you should hit up Cabo Wabo and Squid Roe.

Also, make sure you don't talk **** to the locals. If you've got that one guy in your group that likes to run his mouth, muzzle him. Cabo is one of the safer places in Mexico, but you're still in Mexico.
