Need help finding information on a painting (name/artist)!

Hey guys. I have a female acquaintance who wanted to purchase this painting at a local HomeGoods store, and they sold it right before she could buy it. Does anyone have any art background, or know someone who does who might be able to help? Thanks in advance!
