1.5oz cherry flavored vodka
1oz sweet and sour
2oz cranberry juice
2oz orange juice
Splash of grenadine for color

Might need to play with it to get it right.

I'd just replace all the bold with whiskey..

That's the kind of sugary and acidic concoction that gives you an upset stomach, a hangover and impotence.

+1 for whiskey.

Pintsize725 01-06-2014 08:42 PM

That's why I offered to pm it. I knew it wouldn't get a great reception.

Anyway, is it Friday yet?

Nismo89 01-06-2014 08:44 PM

I keep my bar well stocked. I don't descriminate on fruity drinks, I just prefer simpler concoctions.

:iagree: if having one sure fruity is fine but when drinking all night I want something more basic and less mix

Likewise here.
Just because I know what I like to drink doesn't mean I won't make what the ladies need to help them make bad decisions.

Haha, that's funny right there. What's your preference. I'm partial to the Irish varieties.

I haven't tried the single barrel. Do you consider it a drinking whiskey? The standard JD is really (IMHO) only good for shooting.

exsanity 01-06-2014 11:02 PM

Single Barrel is more of a sippin' whiskey. JD #07 is more of a shootin' or mixin' drink.

XiP 01-06-2014 11:03 PM

y'all making me thirsty

Good, I'm not interested in it unless I can drink it. I prefer to enjoy the burn.

I have been growing my "good" whiskey collection slowly past year and a bit.

so far I have a bottle of 12yr highland park, a 15yr glenlivet, and a 20yr canadian club and then now the 12yr old singleton.

bottle came like this however I am not sure if it is this one or the other….. this one is a singleton of dufftown where the other is singleton of glendullan either way it is delicious and I am to lazy/tired to go downstairs and check :icon17:

speaking of which I think it is bed time for me :tiphat:
